We recommend taking one 525mg capsule 1- 3 times daily. However, you can also take Pro PHENOL™ in a variety of other ways. Some examples are popping open the capsule and adding the powder to a glass of water or juice. You could also pour the powder out of the capsule into a smoothie or smoothie bowls.

Pro PHENOL™ has no taste when it is inside the capsule. The powder inside the Vegan capsule has a slightly spicy, earthy, wholesome taste with a slightly tangy edge.
A key thing to remember with both Hion’s Capsules & Superfood Blends is that we REFUSE TO ADD any flavourings (natural or synthetic), we DO NOT ADD fillers, we DO NOT ADD bulking agents and we DO NOT ADD any additives or synthetic vitamins.
Hion Research Ltd sourced a capsule manufacturer that has developed a Vegan & Vegetarian capsule that has a robust, yet delicate outer casing. It is strong enough to contain 525mg of powerful ingredients, yet delicate enough not to interfere with the ingredients upon digestion.
No, Hion has previously tested both organic and non-organic ingredients to always select those with the higher nutritional values and lower levels of toxins. Hion loves the idea of Organic produce, but at the moment they do not fully trust the system.
Yes Prosta PHENOL has been certified by the vegan society. Hion are always proud to display The Vegan Society logo on their packaging.
Hion is not in a position to advise you medically and for that reason they would recommend that you consult your doctor prior to taking Pro PHENOL™. One thing to bear in mind is that Pro PHENOL™ is manufactured purely from food ingredients and should therefore be considered an addition to your daily diet.
Always consult your doctor before making any alterations to your diet when pregnant or breastfeeding. However, to be on the safe side, Hion would recommend that you don’t use Pro PHENOL™ whilst breastfeeding. Pro PHENOL™ contains Green Tea Extract which contains some naturally occurring caffeine. Hion will always advise people to err on the side of caution during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding.
Hion would recommend against it. There is naturally occurring caffeine from the Green Tea Extract.
Yes. Hion does not like synthetic vitamins, but if you do take them there should be nothing to worry about by adding Pro PHENOL™ to your daily diet. Remember certain vitamins are fat-soluble (Vitamins A,D,E &K) and as such Hion would recommend that you do not take them in excess as your body stores them. Please also remember that many multi-vitamin tablets contain synthetic vitamin substitutes, bulking agents, stabilisers, and other chemicals! Pro PHENOL™ & all Hion’s other products do not contain any of these “chemicals” and as such they pride themselves on achieving natural purity.
Yes. Pro PHENOL™ is the perfect addition to smoothies or smoothy bowls, but please be “gentle” if you are adding it to hot food. Hion would recommend that if you add it to hot food, add it towards the end of cooking so as not to damage any of the nutrients by overheating.
Pro PHENOL™ can be taken at any time of the day.
To achieve the maximum nutrient uptake, Hion would advise you to take Pro PHENOL™ during or directly after food. This is because combining it with food slows down the rate at which it is digested, thus increasing the overall nutrient uptake. However you should also be able to take Pro PHENOL™ on an empty stomach without any issues.A pot contains 60 capsules, so that’s 60 days at 1 capsule per day, 30 days at 2 capsules per day or 20 days at 3 capsules per day.
Once opened a pot will last about 3-4 months if stored in a cool dark place. The pot is re-sealable which helps maintain freshness. When storing the product it is best if it is kept out of direct sunlight. The level of research & nutritional analysis behind Pro PHENOL™ is immense. It has taken Hion Research a huge amount of time to research & develop. Hion Research have no intention of making a process unnecessarily complicated. Hion Research looked at as much openly available research as was available. They looked at what works, what doesn’t work, what might work and what has proof behind it. As a result Hion have developed what they believe is the best Polyphenol-rich food supplement currently available.
Often waiting for the results of the “latest trials” means manufacturers can miss an opportunity to make a brilliant product. Sometimes (not all the time) researchers and manufacturers need to move quickly and keep things much more simple.
Hion Research have reviewed so many research papers during the development of Pro PHENOL™ and they view it as their responsibility to decipher what previous trials are trusted and what ones are to be discarded. While other manufacturers and research institutes often hang around wasting time whilst attempting to draw down even more funding, Hion Research get on with it. They fund their own research and use an exhaustive approach of reviewing huge amounts of openly available research in an attempt to manufacture what they believe are “better products”.
Hion Research suggest that you compare Pro PHENOL™ to others product that are available. Please make your own informed decision on what is the best product based on the purity and quality of the ingredients, the overall quality of the end product and the value for money.
Pro PHENOL™ is a food supplement that should be used alongside your daily diet. It contains no chemicals and as such Hion believes it can be taken long-term and shouldn’t cause any issues.

When taking Green & Purple Powder together:
When consuming both Dream Powder & Purple Powder in the same day, in an ideal scenario we recommend that you take Purple Powder in the morning and Dream Powder after lunch. You can combine Green & Purple Powder together in one serving, but make sure you drink it slowly or consume it at the same time as food.
Drinking with or directly after food increases the nutrient uptake, as it will slow down the rate at which all the nutrients are absorbed by utilising a combination of different metabolic and digestive transport systems within the gut.

Fruity, zingy & slightly spicy, Dream Powder seems to hit all the right notes for the perfect relaxing night-time tipple!.
Yes you can, but as with most things the body can get used to something over time. We therefore recommend a break for a week or two every few months, just so you can see for yourself what a difference Dream Powder really makes!
No, we tested both organic and non-organic products and selected those with a higher nutritional value to keep the powders of an exceptionally high quality. Organic isn't always the best option.
Yes Dream Powder has been certified by the vegan society and has previously featured in their magazine and at their exhibition. We are proud to display the vegan society logo on our packaging.
We are not in a position to advise you medically and for that reason we would recommend that you consult your doctor prior to taking Dream Powder if you are taking any form of medication.
Always consult your doctor before making any alterations to your diet when pregnant or breastfeeding. However to be on the safe side, we would recommend that you don’t use Dream Powder whilst breast feeding. Dream Powder contains Griffonia Extract (5HTP), which has not yet been medically tested on people whilst breastfeeding. We always advise people to err on the side of caution during pregnancy or whilst breast feeding and for that reason we would prefer to advise you to be careful and not take Dream Powder if you are breastfeeding.
We would recommend against it. There is very little research surrounding these ingredients with Children, so it’s probably not worth risking it.
Yes. Personally we don’t like synthetic vitamins, but if you take them there should be nothing to worry about. Remember certain vitamins are fat-soluble and as such we would recommend that you do not take them in excess as your body stores them. These are vitamins A, D, E & K. Please also remember that many multi-vitamin tablets contain synthetic vitamin substitutes, bulking agents, stabilisers and other chemicals! Dream Powder does not contain any of these and as such we pride ourselves on our purity.
Yes. Dream Powder is the perfect addition to many foods. However if you are adding it to hot food (such as porridge), we would recommend you add it after cooking so as not to damage any of the nutrients by over heating.
We would recommend you take Dream Powder 30-60 minutes before you go to bed.
Dream Powder is actually a very enjoyable & relaxing drink, so give yourself time to sip it & enjoy it. Ideally you would make this part of your night-time chill out ritual!A pouch will last 30 days if 1 tea spoon (5g) is taken per day.
Once opened a pouch will last 2 months if stored in a cool dark place. The pouches have a re-sealable press seal at the top of the pouch which helps maintain freshness. When storing the product it is best if the air is pushed out of the pouch prior to the press seal being activated. There is nothing else like it on the market. We have looked at traditional herbal remedies, nutritional research & medical papers to help us shape what has become a very relaxing, soothing & healthy drink. The level of research & nutritional analysis behind Dream Powder is immense. It has taken us a few years to develop & utilises some of natures most powerful & effective Superfoods & traditional herbal ingredients. We do not bulk Dream Powder out with the cheaper ingredients & we do not over complicate our blend with lots of unnecessary ingredients that sound good, but do very little. What we make sure we do is put the most effective ingredients into the blend at the ratios that work. No pill popping & no harmful chemicals - Just a pure night-time Superfood!
EHNC claims are “European Health & Nutrition Claims”. The European Commission now regulates what “claims” a product can or can’t make. In todays market many companies, products & brands are making all sorts of illegal & risky claims & this is why this regulation has been bought into practice.
To date Dream Powder has already achieved 93 separate European Health & Nutrition Claims.Due to the exact ratios and perfect combinations Dream Powder can be taken daily, all year round.

When taking Green & Purple Powder together:
When consuming both Green Powder & Purple Powder in the same day, in an ideal scenario we recommend that you take Purple Powder in the morning and Green Powder after lunch.

All the claims that we are allowed to use are set-out and defined by a achieving certain nutritional values that are know to have certain positive effects on human health. They are tested and confirmed by neutral research that looks at the positive effects on health obtained from certain nutrients. To see a full list of all the ENHC achieved please click here..
You can take Green Powder in a variety of ways. Some examples are as a shot in water/juice, add to smoothies or smoothie bowls (see recipes here), add to porridge or sprinkle over food.
Green Powder has an earthy, wholesome taste with aromatic hints of fruits and raspberries. Some people enjoy the natural taste and others prefer to take it as a shot to get it over and done with!
A key thing to remember with our Superfood Blend is that we REFUSE TO ADD any flavourings (natural or synthetic), we DO NOT ADD fillers, WE DO NOT ADD bulking agents, WE DO NOT ADD additives or synthetic vitamins.
We sourced a supplier that farms the young shoots of Barley Grass & Wheatgrass which means the proteins that are responsible for the allergens have not yet had time to develop. This means you get all the goodness without the issues!
No, we tested both organic and non-organic products and selected those with a higher nutritional value to keep the powders of an exceptionally high quality. Organic isn't always the best option.
Yes Green Powder has been certified by the vegan society and has previously featured in their magazine and at their exhibition. We are proud to display the vegan society logo on our packaging.
We are not in a position to advise you medically and for that reason we would recommend that you consult your doctor prior to taking Green Powder if you are taking any form of medication.
Always consult your doctor before making any alterations to your diet when pregnant or breastfeeding. However to be on the safe side, we would recommend that you don’t use Green Powder whilst breast feeding. Green Powder contains Green Tea Extract which contains some naturally occurring caffeine and all the other ingredients combined make Green Powder an extremely powerful nutritional food supplement, which has not yet been medically tested on people whilst breast feeding. We always advise people to err on the side of caution during pregnancy or whilst breast feeding and for that reason we would prefer to advise you to be careful and avoid anything that is as nutritionally dense as our Green or Purple Powder.
We would recommend against it. There is naturally occurring caffeine from the Green Tea Extract and many of the ingredients are also extremely energising.
Green Powder does not contain any of these and as such we pride ourselves on our purity.
Yes. Green Powder is the perfect addition to many foods. However if you are adding it to hot food, we would recommend you add it towards the end of cooking so as not to damage any of the nutrients by over heating.
Green Powder can be taken any time of the day, but we would advise you not to take Green Powder at night. This due to its energising properties & due to the small amount of naturally occurring caffeine that can be found within in Green Tea Extract. Most of our customers like to take their Green Powder during breakfast or directly after lunch to help prevent that afternoon slump.
To achieve the maximum nutrient uptake, we would advise you to take Green Powder during or directly after food. This is because combining it with food slows down the rate at which it is digested, thus increasing the overall nutrient uptake. However if you are looking to achieve a "detoxifying" effect you could take Green Powder on an empty stomach, which will give the fibre blend the maximum opportunity to bind to any toxins in the digestive tract.A pouch will last 30 days if 1 tea spoon (5g) is taken per day.
Once opened a pouch will last 2 months if stored in a cool dark place. The pouches have a re-sealable press seal at the top of the pouch which helps maintain freshness. When storing the product it is best if the air is pushed out of the pouch prior to the press seal being activated. The level of research & nutritional analysis behind Green Powder is immense. It has taken us many years to develop & utilises some of natures most powerful & effective Superfood ingredients. Having sent of other manufacturers "greens blends" for nutritional analysis we can also say that we are nutritionally ahead of the game. We do not bulk our Green Powder out with the cheaper ingredients & we do not over complicate our blend with lots of unnecessary ingredients that sound good, but do very little. What we make sure we do is put the most effective ingredients into the blend at the ratios that work.
EHNC claims are “European Health & Nutrition Claims”. The European Commission now regulates what “claims” a product can or can’t make. In todays market many companies, products & brands are making all sorts of illegal & risky claims & this is why this regulation has been bought into practice.

Amazing! So much in one product & actually works!! Natural & excellent quality with no hidden nasties. I initially used as part of a detox but have continued to use.
A Noticeable Boost! I've bought a number of these types of products, and this is one of my favourites. The taste is pleasant - it has no sweeteners and there's no after-taste. I'm on the 5:2 diet and training for a half marathon, and I can honestly say this product gives me a noticeable boost after I take it. I am now on my third packet, so would definitely recommend.
As soon as I had the first shot energy was great! Love taking these nice sense of well being! Energising before workouts
Amazing! I've never really believed in taking super foods or supplements, but me and the wife stumbled across this while browsing in our local H&B store and the shop assistant said she had really good feed back on the product, so I decided to give it a go. I'm so glad I did, I have been on green powder for over six months now. It really gives me such an energy boost whilst working a night shift and seems to help surpress my hunger for junk food, highly recommended to my friends and family.

When taking Green & Purple Powder together:
When consuming both Green Powder & Purple Powder in the same day, in an ideal scenario we recommend that you take Purple Powder in the morning and Green Powder after lunch.
Ingredients:
Raspberry Ketones, Acai Berry, Green Tea Extract, Wheatgrass, Barley Grass, Spirulina, Chlorella, Maca Root, Baobab, Lucuma & Flax Seed.

You can take Purple Powder in a variety of ways. Some examples are as a shot in water/juice, add to smoothies or smoothie bowls (see recipes here), add to porridge or sprinkle over food.
Purple Powder is not as earthy as Green Powder, but still has a wholesome & “healthy” taste. Although it contains an extensive range of berries it is not sweet in taste. It has slightly more acid and bitter kick when compared to Green Powder. It feels healthy, powerful and “empowering” on the palette. As with all unflavoured Superfoods, some people enjoy the natural taste and others prefer to take it as a shot to get it over and done with!
Drinking Purple Powder as a Tea turns it into a different drink all together. When added to warm water it become a “smoother” drink with intense flavour.
A key thing to remember with our Superfood Blend is that we REFUSE TO ADD any flavourings (natural or synthetic), we DO NOT ADD fillers, WE DO NOT ADD bulking agents, WE DO NOT ADD additives or synthetic vitamins.
Where possible we insist that each individual ingredient has its own detailed Technical Dossier and Certificate of Analysis. This detailed analysis & associated documentation covers a range of criteria including analysis for toxins, heavy metals, yeasts, moulds, bacteria & allergens as well as intolerance information, manufacturing processes, manufacturing dates & BBE dates.
This level of detail & analysis is considered exceptional within our industryNo, we tested both organic and non-organic products and selected those with a higher nutritional value to keep the powders of an exceptionally high quality. From our own detailed research we have established that organic isn't always the best option.
Yes Purple Powder has been certified by the vegan society and has previously featured in their magazine and at their exhibition. We are proud to display the vegan society logo on our packaging.
We are not in a position to advise you medically and for that reason we would recommend that you consult your doctor prior to taking Purple Powder if you are taking any form of medication.
Always consult your doctor before making any alterations to your diet when pregnant or breastfeeding. However to be on the safe side, we would recommend that you don’t use Purple Powder whilst breast feeding. Purple Powder contains Green Tea Extract which contains some naturally occurring caffeine and all the other ingredients combined make Purple Powder an extremely powerful nutritional food supplement, which has not yet been medically tested on people whilst breast feeding.
Purple Powder does not contain any of these and as such we pride ourselves on our purity.
Yes. Purple Powder is the perfect addition to many dishes. We would suggest you add it at the end of any cooking when the dish is warm. That way you will not denature any of the nutrients by over heating them.
Purple Powder can be taken any time of the day, but we would advise you not to take it at night. This due to its energising properties & due to the naturally occurring caffeine that can be found within in Green Tea Extract & Green Coffee Extract. Most of our customers seem to take their Purple Powder during as a warm tea during breakfast or as a shot directly after lunch to help prevent that afternoon slump.
To achieve the maximum nutrient uptake, we would advise you to take your Purple Powder during or directly after food. This is because combining it with food slows down the rate at which it is digested, thus increasing the overall nutrient uptake. However if you are looking to achieve a burst of energy you can take your Purple Powder on an empty stomach, which will allow the energising ingredients to enter the blood stream faster.A pouch will last 30 days if 1 tea spoon (5g) is taken per day.
Once opened a pouch will last 2 months if stored in a cool dark place. The pouches have a re-sealable press seal at the top of the pouch which helps maintain freshness. When storing the product it is best if the air is pushed out of the pouch prior to the press seal being activated.Purple Powder utilises 16 outstandingly powerful & nutritionally dense ingredients. With each serving being 5g, Purple Powder is able to pack much more of a punch when compared to tablets that are trying to achieve the same effects. The other benefit of both Green & Purple Powder is that unlike many tablets, neither contain any form of fillers, bulking agents, stabilisers or additives. Purple Powder has managed to precision blend many well known "weight management" ingredients with some extremely healthy & nutrient dense Superfoods at ratios that are known to achieve real results. We would predict that very soon the greater "weight management" market will start to see some of the more unknown ingredients contained within Purple Powder becoming much more popular as further scientific evidence is released into the public domain.
EHNC claims are “European Health & Nutrition Claims”. The European Commission now regulates what “claims” a product can or can’t make. In todays market many companies, products & brands are making all sorts of illegal & risky claims & this is why this regulation has been bought into practice.
To date Purple Powder has already achieved 93 separate European Health & Nutrition Claims.Due to the exact ratios and perfect combinations Purple Powder can be taken daily, all year round.
I have been taking a teaspoon of purple powder daily usually before going to the gym and it gives me a massive increase in energy. I have noticed that I am more motivated due to my energy increase and it helps me focus on a healthy diet which when combined together gives much better results. I also love the fact that it has no added sweeteners or flavourings so just pure ingredients. Well worth every penny, would highly recommend!
Amazingly Effective & Surprisingly Good Value! As strange as it may sound, this product is actually really good value. When you look at all the ingredients it contains, and how much of each one it contains, it actually works out being pretty cheap! I know a lot about these ingredients and used to spend a lot of money buying a lot of them individually. Even then I didn't even get close to the amount you get in each serving of Purple Powder. I have been using their Green Powder for quite a while and love it. Now I've added this into my daily routine I feel amazing. If you're going to add one thing to your diet, I would strongly recommend this!
Feeling Great! After using HION's other product GreenPowder and feeling great..!! thought i'd try their other product myself. Combined with healthy eating and exercise, feeling the difference and the change. I have more energy, feel great and noticing my body shape changing for the better. I also wish to recommend it to others. Excellent quality, great results, great for health and wellbeing.
Truly a great products I do a lot of riding 34 miles a day I have the SLIMBERRY METABLEND in the morning about 30 minutes before my ride and the energy I get from this product is truly great . I then take Green Powder, ULTIMATE BLEND at the end of the day when I’ve made my back from work with a banana or two. I have found that I feel great and that the powders help keep me on track to being as healthy as possible. Two truly great product’s that clearly demonstrate that quality matters!
